⏱ Order Processing & Cancellation: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment. Once shipped, the order enters the transit stage, beyond our control. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
📦 Shipping Exceptions & Cost: Free shipping on orders above ₹1000. For other orders, shipping starts at ₹100 per kg. If an order is not deliverable by our local courier, an extra shipping charge may apply. A DM will be sent to inform the customer.
🌍 International Shipments: We ship via DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, or DTDC, based on pricing charged on the order. Special shipping preferences can be requested, though a surcharge may apply based on courier policies.
🔗 Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details and the courier website URL are provided. Kindly refer to your order confirmation email to find and track your order.
📩 Special Instructions / Hold Requests: Any request to hold an order must be sent via DM. Orders cannot be held verbally. Contact: 9606215012. We are always available to discuss special requests by phone before shipment.
