Products under clearance, sale, final sale, or discount codes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Only Sarees, Apparels, and Dupattas may be considered for return if damaged during transit.

All products are carefully packed and thoroughly checked before shipping. Items leave us in perfect condition to ensure safe delivery.

📸 Transit Damage Claims
If your product is damaged during transit, please share a clear, continuous video of the package within 48 hours of receipt. The video must show the full product and packaging, be uncut, and contain no edits, music, or background noise. Video quality should be clear and focused.

🔍 Video Scrutiny & Approval
We carefully review the video to confirm that the damage occurred during transit. Only after verification will we approve the return.

📩 Initiating a Return
Submit a return request via your order page. Return the product carefully packed using any postal or courier service. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during return shipping.

💳 Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are generally reflected within 48–72 hours. Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Each piece is unique, handcrafted, and limited in stock.
