2. Products

✨ All our products are handcrafted and exclusive pieces.
🎨 Slight variations in color, texture, or weaving are natural and not considered defects.
🧵 We follow a one design, one saree philosophy; therefore, once sold, the same design may not be restocked.

3. Pricing

💰 All prices are listed in INR for domestic customers and may be shown in USD, GBP, CAD for international customers.
📈 Prices may vary based on exchange rates and shipping charges.
🔄 Rangkat reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

🧾 Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
💳 We accept online payments through Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and other secure methods.
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
❌ Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.

✈️ International Shipping

🌍 We ship to USA, UK, Canada, and other selected countries via trusted couriers like DHL/FedEx.
⏳ Delivery time depends on destination (5–14 working days).
💼 Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

🔒 Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.
📹 Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
💵 Refunds are processed only after verification of the defect.
🌐 International orders are not eligible for return or exchange except for genuine defects.
